Ozawa brewery is located in Ome, in the western part of Tokyo. There are spectacular views of mountains and the Mitake valley in Okutama as well as sake breweries, restaurants, shops, art museums and barbecue pavilions, allowing visitors to enjoy a full day here. The representative brands of the Ozawa sake brewery is “大辛口 Dai-Karakuchi” and “蒼天 Souten”.

We give you an english study tour to show you our old warehouses (over 100-years) where we brew our “多満自慢 Tamajiman”sake and our draft beer”多摩の恵 Tama no Megumi”.
This will be an uncommon experience for you. Inside the warehouses (kura), you will see the beauty of the old Japanese architecture of the kura that has been maintained since it was first built. Reservations are required for the study tour.

Tamura brewery is located in Fussa city, the western part of Tokyo . It is a beautiful sake brewery symbolized by the stately white walls, black roofs, fences and chimney. The representative brand of Tamura brewery is “幻の酒 Maboroshi no Sake” and “田むら Tamura”. Established in 1822, the Tamuras were the head of Fussa village since the old days. A part of the building is designated as a registered cultural property. The 800 -year old Japanese zelkova is breathtaking. There is an outlet store available.

Nozaki brewery is located in Akiruno city, the western part of Tokyo. It is located amidst natural surroundings with many mountains and springs. The representative brand of Nozaki brewery is “喜正 Kisho”. They make Sake utilizing the rich springs.

Nakamura brewery is located in Akiruno city, the western part of Tokyo. They produce Sake utilizing the ground water, amidst natural surroundings with the clean Aki river and hilly areas. The representative brand of Nakamura brewery is “千代鶴 Chiyo tsuru”. A Sake storehouse-tour is not available, but there are a museum that shows the process of sake-making and a store section.

Ozawa brewery is located in Hachiouji city, the western part of Tokyo. The representative brand of Ozawa brewery is, “Kuwano Miyako”. “桑乃都 Kuwano Miyako” was another name for Hachiouji city in the past (Hachiouji used to be a production area of silk textiles. The raw material of silk is the moths that eat the leaves of mulberry leaves.).

Toshimaya Syuzou

Toshimaya brewery is located in Higashimurayama city, the northern part of Tokyo Metropolis. Its symbol is the big water storage tank with the letters “金婚 (Kinkon)”. The representative brand of Toshimaya brewery is “金婚 Kinkon”. In Japanese, Kinkon is an auspicious name, meaning a 50th year marriage anniversary. The company was established in 1596, and thus it has over 400 years of history. They make Sake using the underground water running from Mt Fuji.

Noguchi brewery is located in Fuchu city, Tokyo. The representative brand of Noguchi brewery is “国府鶴 Kouzuru”.It is known as a sacred Sake, offered at the famous, Okunitama Shrine (Fuchu city). There is also a sake outlet called Nakakyu Honten.

Tokyo Port Brewery is a brewer of pure rice (junmai) sake that has been reborn in Minato-ku, in the heart of Tokyo, after a century.
Reborn in 2011, we provide refined, urbane Japanese sake made using “Tokyo Pure Water”. “A sake you can drink without losing any of the true taste of sake” The Tokyo Port Brewery Shop is located on the same site.

Tokyo Hachioji Shuzo

Located just a five-minute walk from Hachioji Station, Tokyo Hachioji Craft Sake Brewery can be found in one corner of Kurobei Street, which retains the atmosphere of the Edo period. With the advancements in equipment and improvement in technology in recent years, it is now possible to brew sake throughout the year. At Tokyo Hachioji Craft Sake Brewery, we co-create sake rice, an essential ingredient in sake brewing, with local farmers and community members. This allows us to support urban sake brewing starting from rice cultivation and continue to produce unique Japanese sake.
